Monday, Sept. 29th — 9:00 am (registration begins)
Tuesday, Sept. 30th — 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Wednesday, Oct. 1st — 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

VidSummit is NOT a place where influencers connect with their fans. It's a place for Creators, Marketers, and Brands to come together to learn, network, and strategize. VidSummit is BY content creators and FOR content creators. Minors under 16 must have a VidSummit ticket and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult (18+) at all times.

Because VidSummit is not a fan event, invited speakers share their strategies and best practices with attendees who are fellow content creators or businesses. They open up about how they grow their audiences, build brands, and make money from their content.

If you want to watch your favorite speaker again, or you're unable to attend, you will still be able to view the conference sessions in the app and on the website

If you would like to transfer your ticket to another person, you may do so for a processing fee of $50 USD. This must be done no later than September 1, 2026. (No exceptions)

You may cancel your participation in VidSummit 2026 at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy:
• If you cancel before May 31, 2026, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus the cost of a Virtual Pass ($199). • If you cancel between June 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee. • If you cancel after July 1, 2026, you are not eligible for a refund but may send someone in your place for a $50 transfer fee.
You may resell your ticket. To request a refund or to transfer your access to another person, email info@vidsummit.com.
Only requests made by the original registrant will be honored. Replays: You may request a refund only within 48 hours of purchasing VidSummit Replays. Email info@vidsummit.com.
